Talisker Distillery's whisky tends to have a maritime character. They offer a wide range of flavours through maturation in different types of casks, but still have a typical and recognisable house style! Their single malt whisky is rough, adventurous and reminds us of the stormy landscape of the Isle of Skye where the distillery is situated. Talisker Skye is a more accessible edition of Talisker, but even here the distillery's house style is very recognisable. Skye is a softer take on the classic rough and characterful Talisker, but still retains the presence of smoky, spicy and sweet notes.
