A huge Calvados full of complexity. A multitude of aromas where stewed peach, prune, crème brûlée, saffron and leather tones mingle. Then, after a few minutes in the glass, scents of port, Madeira and old Banyuls appear with an extremely elegant rancio. Complemented by very light notes of white flowers, sandalwood and eucalyptus.
