Diplomatico Distillery Collection No.1 Batch Kettle Rum is made in a Batch Kettle Still, which has been in the La Miel distillery since 1959. The rum is aged in American white oak barrels. Sweet and fruity aromas are combined on the nose. You can smell flowers and vanilla in a delicious balance. You taste delicate wood tannins, hints of roasted caramel and ripe red fruit. The aftertaste is soft, sweet and has a lasting aftertaste.
